Downtown North Adams
Saturday, Feb. 14, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Downtown North Adams transforms into a winter wonderland with a variety of activities for families to enjoy.
Take a ride on a horse-drawn carriage ride downtown, where you can participate in a craft fair, street hockey, children's games, and more.

10x10 Arts Festival
It's Pittsfield's 15th year of putting on a festival with winter and cultural events to get families out of the house and enjoy what the city has to offer: art exhibitions, plays, sledding, and more.

Baystate Winter Games
Lansing Chapman Rink, Williams College
Time: Saturday and Sunday
Figure skating competition hosted by Christmas Brook Figure Skating Club at Lansing Chapman runs 8 to 5 on Saturday, 8 to 6:30 on Sunday. Admission is free.
The Figure Skating Show will take place Saturday, Feb. 14, at 7:30 p.m. Admission is $10 adults and $5 children and seniors at the door.

Truly Madly '90s: A Valentine's Dance Party
Stationary Factory, Dalton
Time: 8 to 11 p.m.
Berkshire Pride is hosting a Valentine's Dance for the LGBTQ community and allies. There will be a DJ and drag performances; attendees are encouraged to dress in their '90s best. Enjoy a night of dancing and fun.
Tickets are $25 for general admission; $50 for pay-it-forward to support Berkshire Pride, or a pay what you can.

Karaoke Party and Contest
Methuselah Bar, Pittsfield
Time: 9 p.m.
Bring your friends and enjoy a night of singing and dancing for some great Valentine-themed songs. Duet with your partner, and compete for a chance to win a $50 gift card. The winner is announced at midnight and must be present to win.

Anti-Valentine's Day Party

Time: 3 p.m.

Sweethearts Family Dance Party
15 Crissey Road, Great Barrington
Time: 5 to 9 p.m.
Berkshire South Regional Community Center is hosting family-friendly dinner and dancing. Kid-friendly music, Valentine decor, selfie station, music; dinner is pizza, salad and dessert. Dress in red, pink, black, silver and white — sparkles and hearts encouraged.

Candlelight Concert Experience

A Lumos concert experiences paying homage to composer Hans Zimmer. A string trio will perform themes from movies such as "Gladiator," "Interstellar," "Lion King" and

The ski resort's ski party returns for a second year featuring mixes by DJ Sören. Enjoy skiing and riding from 9 to 8 and drinks and tunes at Bousquet's new restaurant Drifters Bar and Restaurant.

'Magic Tree House': Showtime with Shakespeare

If you're a fan of the magic Tree House books, enjoy an afternoon based on the book "25 Stage Fright on a Summer Night," in which Jack and Annie are in Olde England with the excitement of the Globe Theater.

"Water & Ice / Hearts In Nature" nature photography at Peck's Falls for all levels. Wear appropriate clothing and footwear, poles recommended for the moderately steep trail.

First Congregational Church, Williamstown
Time: 7:30 to 10:30 p.m.
The music is live, the dances are taught, and anyone is welcome, with or without a partner. Calling by Steve Howland, and live music by Seamus Connor, Alex Moon and friends. An introductory lesson will be held at 7:15.

Two-mile snowshoe in the boreal forests of Windsor at Tamarack Hollow Nature and Cultural Center. Join Director and naturalist Aimée Gelinas on the moderate trail for a cascading winter waterfall, forest tree ID, wildlife tracking and forest ecology.
