It Takes a Village Gathering
First Baptist Church North Adams, 131 Main St
(413) 663-3780
4 pm - 6 pm
Free!
for more information

We have all heard the statement "It takes a village to raise a child". As a church, we have been growing into the reality of that statement - families coming alongside families to support and encourage. Within our congregation, our children share an amazing sense of community. There is much to celebrate! We are inviting ALL the families of the church to gather as a village. Our mission: to grow the village! Growing stronger families grow stronger children! Parents, grandparents, guardians, aunts and uncles are invited to discuss making the village stronger. We will discuss our children's and youth ministries, parenting and marriage program possibilities, internet safety tools, bullying resources, babysitting options, sharing and resourcing hand-me-downs (recycling) and how to help our children grow in character, confidence, and as followers of Jesus Christ. Bring your children - we will have program time for them while the adults gather for a high-energy, interactive collaborative conversation.** Please bring an appetizer or goody to share.
