NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Teddy’s and Tony’s will meet Thursday to decide the John Giorgi Summer Basketball League Women’s Division title.

 

Teddy’s Pizza and Tony’s Electric/At Home TLC/Flynn & Dagnoli each won in the semi-finals contested on Tuesday at Noel Field.

 

In the first game, Teddy’s beat Moulton’s Hearing Aids Inc., 40-31 behind 11 points and nine rebounds from Hollie Steinman.

 

Erika Lucia, Courtney McLaughlin and Erin Canlotto each scored nine in the win.

 

Catherine Coppinger scored 15, and Molly Moulton added nine for Moulton’s.

 

Tony’s got 15 points and nine rebounds from Jen Wehner in a 47-30 win over Williamstown Physical Therapy in the other semi-final.

 

Alia Curry scored 11, and Lucy Barrett added 10 in a losing cause for WPT.

 

The women’s semi-final will be 6:30 Thursday, the first game of a double-header with the Open Division final, which pits Boys & Girls Club against Moonlight Diner.
