Agnes Dickinson,84

February 16, 2021

Agnes Leona (Luczynski) Dickinson 84, of North Adams died Tuesday February 16, 2021 at the Centers for Living and Rehabilitation in Bennington, VT. She was born in Clarksburg on May 22, 1936 a daughter of the late Raymond and Helena (Bourell) Luczynski. Agnes graduated from Drury High School and the former Bliss Business College. In her earlier years she was employed at North Adams City Clerk Office and then worked for 32 years at the General Cable Company in Williamstown. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Church in North Adams. Agnes loved to golf, bowl, sing and travel with her late husband, Louis A. Dickinson who died November 4, 2003. They were married on July 14, 1956.



Survivors include her daughters, Julie Hunt and husband Bruce of Pownal, VT. Karen Sherman and husband Dale of Mount Vision, NY. Grandchildren Erin Frye, Heather Elliott and her husband Ryan, Brittany Hunt and David Dickinson. Great-grandchildren, Alexander Briggs, Connor and Ethan Mekdeci, William Elliott and Jordyn Burgess. Agnes also leaves five sisters and two brothers, Florence Bourdon, Shirley Lescarbeau, Helena Lescarbeau, Rose Goddard, Susan Jusino, Raymond Luczynski and John Luczynski. She was predeceased by her daughter Lisa Arthur who died January 31, 2021 and two sisters and one brother, Virginia Bostwick, Kathleen Sudduth and Stanley Luczynski.



A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday February 25, 2021 at 11AM at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church in North Adams. The Mass will be broadcast live on the Flynn & Dagnoli Facebook page. Please visit and "like" the page. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery, North Adams, MA. Julie and family sorry to hear about your Mom passing away. I knew your whole family . My family used to go and hang around with your family alot. My dad used to bowl with your Dad. At least she is not suffering anymore. She will be in heaven with your Dad and sister lisa. My mom went to school with your mom. my Mom is going to miss her a whole lot because they were friends for a long time.
